Особенности расселения трудовых мигрантов из зарубежных стран в российских мегаполисах

Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов расселения трудовых мигрантов из зарубежных стран на принимающей территории. Исследование выполнено на основе эмпирических данных, позволяющих оценить миграционную привлекательность микрорайонов одного из крупнейших российских мегаполисов - города Екатеринбурга. В связи с тем, что в крупных российских мегаполисах сформировались места компактного расселения мигрантов, но вопрос о дальнейшем развитии данных территорий остается открытым, целями исследования являются выявление особенностей расселения мигрантов, оценка перспектив анклавизации в российских городах и разработка предложений по ее ограничению. Автор выдвигает две гипотезы. Гипотеза первая: ввиду наличия пространственной неоднородности российских мегаполисов и сетевого характера миграции из зарубежных стран в крупных городах России возможны процессы анклавизации. Гипотеза вторая: анклавизация в российских условиях, как и процессы формирования мест компактного проживания мигрантов, является негативным явлением, в связи с чем требуются меры для его ограничения. На основе анализа научной литературы и экспертного опроса определяются критерии миграционной привлекательности городских микрорайонов. С помощью ГИС-технологий проводятся выделение микрорайонов и их оценка по заданным критериям. Полученные результаты уточняются с помощью информации о наличии детей мигрантов в средних учебных заведениях города. Качественная характеристика исследуемых процессов дается на основе изучения последствий расселения мигрантов. Рейтинг миграционной привлекательности микрорайонов города Екатеринбурга может быть использован при определении площадок для проведения социологических исследований миграционных процессов. Данное исследование представляет интерес для лиц, занимающихся вопросами международной миграции, и может быть полезно для формирования инструментов проведения миграционной политики и развития городской среды.Библиографические ссылки
